Evening Breathwork session: grounding in the present moment
Take a mindful pause at the end of your day to connect with your breath and return to the present moment. In this session, Nina Henz will first provide a short introduction to how our breath influences our physical and mental well-being. You’ll then be guided through a variety of breathwork techniques - some designed to energize and sharpen your focus, others to calm and relax your system. This practice offers a gentle yet powerful way to reset and realign.
